We know your time is valuable, and we respect your schedule. That's why we've built our service around reliable arrival windows and clear commitments. If we don't meet them, we make it right.

Here's our promise to you

Every Birdwatch visit comes with an arrival window. If our team needs to reschedule at the last minute, we'll credit your account as a thank you for your patience.

When the guarantee kicks in

You'll receive a $150 credit toward future services if:

  • We cancel at the last minute: If we need to cancel on the day of our scheduled visit (weather-related changes aren't covered by this guarantee)

    • A cancellation means we will not be able to make it on the day of the scheduled service

This applies to all members and all services completed by our in-house technicians and specialists—it's our standard commitment to you

How the credit works

If we trigger the guarantee:

  1. We'll automatically apply a $150 credit to your account

  2. You can use this credit toward any future Birdwatch service

  3. No action needed on your part—we'll take care of it
