Manage your Household members

Whether you're inviting a family member, tenant, assistant, or guest, you can add them to your Birdwatch household with their email address or phone number.

Mobile app

  1. Go to My Profile.

  2. Tap Household/Members.

  3. Tap Invite.

  4. Enter their Email or Phone.

  5. Select their permission level: Owner, Tenant, Assistant, or Guest.

  6. Follow the prompts to send the invite.

Web app

  1. Sign in and go to My Profile.

  2. Open Settings → Household/Members.

  3. Click Invite.

  4. Enter their Email or Phone.

  5. Select their permission level.

  6. Click Send Invite.

After you send the invite

The invited person will receive a link to join your household.

If they receive an email invitation, they should select Accept invite and complete the verification steps.

New Birdwatch users will be asked to provide their first and last name and verify their email with a one-time code. Existing Birdwatch users can follow the prompts to verify and join.

Manage your household

You can return to Household/Members at any time to:

  • View household members

  • Resend invitations

  • Cancel invitations

  • View your Care Team

Mobile: My Profile → Household/Members
​Web: My Profile → Settings → Household/Members
