When are invoices charged?

Our standard payment terms are Net 5. That means your invoice is automatically billed to the default payment method on file five (5) days after the invoice is issued

What payment methods are available?

Members can pay using:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Bank account (ACH)

What fees apply?

Convenience fee for card payments

To make online payments easy and secure, a 3% convenience fee is applied to certain electronic payments.

  • Credit and debit card payments include a 3% convenience fee, processed by our trusted payment partner.

  • This fee helps cover the cost of securely handling transactions, including payment processing, security, and system maintenance.

  • The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total transaction amount and is clearly shown at checkout.

By completing a payment with an electronic method, customers acknowledge and agree to the convenience fee when applicable.

Want to avoid the convenience fee?

You can avoid the convenience fee by linking your bank account and paying via ACH (at no additional cost).
