What payment methods are available?
Members can pay using credit, debit, or ACH. You can save multiple payment methods in the system, though you must mark a primary one.
What fees apply?
ACH and debit cards have no convenience fee.
Credit card payments will incur a 3% convenience fee to cover payment processing costs. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total transaction amount and is clearly shown at checkout.
When are invoices charged?
Recurring charges such as memberships or HomeCare Plans are charged on each anniversary date.
For individual services, once your service is successfully closed, your invoice will be posted and then automatically billed to the default payment method five (5) days later. If you want to change payment method, you can do so within this window.
