Will this work be done as a part of my quarterly Birdwatch Fix visits, or will I still be able to get things done off of my To-Do list?

HomeCare services are separate from Birdwatch Fix visits. Fix visits are designed for the endless one-off things — repairs, enhancements, and other small issues that come up naturally over time. HomeCare Plans are about planning ahead—things you already know you want done during the year proactively or seasonally. Each month, as any HomeCare services come due, we’ll reach out to schedule them at a time that works for you. You can still add items to your To-Do list at any time to plan for your Fix visit or schedule a new service visit; HomeCare is simply another way to make sure important work is handled without you having to track it.
