Your base membership covers things like service and project support, after-hours on-call help, home triage, and your included Birdwatch Fix visits. A HomeCare Plan is an optional add-on that lets you plan and pre-schedule recurring or known services throughout the year—so nothing gets forgotten and pricing is locked in ahead of time.
